Can't install my only paid game… any fix?

For some reason, I can’t install Minecraft, my only paid game. But I can install any other app or game without any issues. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try clearing Play Store data.

I already tried that, but it didn’t work.

Check if you have a trial version installed or if it’s in a secure folder. Try logging out and back into your Google account. If that doesn’t work, try downloading it from an APK site, then uninstall it and reinstall from the Play Store.

@Tate
I had to factory reset my phone to remove hidden Minecraft files that were causing conflicts with the installation. I tried everything—searching for the files, using third-party file managers—but nothing worked. Resetting was my only option.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Sorry if my English isn’t perfect.

Those files were probably in Android/data or Android/obb.

Most people use a PC to access them, but FV File Explorer on Android works too.

Bro, you could’ve just installed any APK via ADB and uninstalled it using the option that removes all data. Now you’ve wiped your whole phone :sob:.

It’s fine, I was already worried my phone might have had a virus.

This happened to me when I changed my Play Store region.
