My iPhone 13 had a greyed-out Wi-Fi and non-functioning Bluetooth issue as soon as I paid it off. I understand that Apple has its own methods, but I would like some suggestions for a new Android phone that costs between 600 and 900 euros, has a long battery life, and can survive for a few years (4-5). My iPhone barely lasted two years, so I am trying to switch it, and I will never in my freaking life buy an iPhone again.
In the realm of Android, Pixel is arguably the easiest to get started with. Samsung came next. Some people might disagree with the advice. Both are top-notch, and everything functions hassle-free and smoothly most of the time. You have even more excellent possibilities there than we do here in the States because you are a member of the EU. Of course, there will be a learning curve when setting up a whole new operating system, but any mainstream Android device that is not extremely inexpensive will function and work effectively for you, Please get in touch with XDA or Reddit if you have any problems. Most of the time, you can adjust an app or setting to change something you do not like. Sadly, there are not really any walk-in service locations like Apple does, however if you do get hardware issues, mailing in a broken phone and receiving a replacement promptly has never been an issue for me.
The Pixel 9 Pro XL is a beloved device by my spouse. I’m delighted with my Samsung S23 Ultra, so if you are starting from scratch and want to “upgrade” to the S24U, you might as well get the S24U because of its longer update support period. But either the Pixel or Samsung flagships are excellent android choices. When out of cell tower range, the Pixel may have an advantage with satellite emergency calling.
A used S23 Ultra or any S23 series, really should last you several years if software upgrades are not a concern. Bonus point, If you choose a Pixel, the S23s do not have the crappy Exynos CPUs like the non-ultra S24s do. Even for a series with a similar budget, their cameras are superior.
I absolutely adore the S24 Ultra, which is now the king of the hill. Therefore, I sincerely advise you to invest in that, and it will last a lifetime. However, I would consider the S24 or S24+ as well as the Pixel 9 regular model within your budget.
I will not lie the extreme is the genuine deal! Although my 24+ is wonderful, the ultra is still superior. Samsung worked on that phone for a while. It has some rather impressive specs.
